How are futures and options handled in KMyMoney?
1. How to add them.
2. How to account for profit/loss upon settlement.

My understanding is that they cannot be added like shares / stocks as ever future/option of different strike price and different expiry is essentially a different entity. If we keep adding them as stocks, there will be a big list of such entries adding to the mess.
