How does the "Balance After" on Home --> Payments calculate?

On my Home screen, I have Payments at the top of the display. When I look at the Future Payments it displays, I see the correct list of my scheduled future payments. But something strange is happening with the running total it displays in the Balance After column.

For example, in my checking account, I have two weekly payments and 1 monthly deposit scheduled. The two weekly payments appear correctly at the top of my list of future payments. The first payment shows a correct Balance After amount. The second payment occurs 2 days later and instead of showing a Balance After that is decreased by the payment, it shows a Balance After that is increased by an unknown amount. When I go to the Scheduled Transactions view, there are just these above mentioned transactions listed for that account. When I go to the checking Ledger, I just see the next correct scheduled transactions appearing grayed out and the correct future balances. If I go to Settings and change the days to display scheduled transactions to 30, I still see only the correct future transactions and balances grayed out for the next month of activity. The balance displayed does not agree with the Balance After showing in the Payments home view.

I have saved my file as an XML file and looked at it. I see the Account is number A000123. I only see the correct scheduled payments going to this account. I also only see correct posted transactions to this account. Based on that, this appears to be a program bug. There are no transactions in my file that would cause the Balance After to ever total the amount the program is displaying. Any suggestions how to fix this situation or prevent the Balance After amount from displaying if it will be incorrect anyway?
