Changing a loan record

Fri Aug 06, 2021 11:02 am
Hello!

Trying to figure out a mortgage record. Please tell me how you can add early repayment? When you try to edit a credit account, the final amortization payment is not automatically calculated, and it is impossible to complete the credit change. :(

You can't add early repayments during the creation of a loan account. Once the loan is started, an early repayment is simply a transfer from e.g. a checkings account to the loan account. If you have setup a scheduled payment for the loan, these extra payments will automatically be taken into account when calculating principal and interest splits of the payment. Hope that helps.

Thanks a lot.
But the question arises: when I create an early repayment payment, how can I change the amount of the annuity payment?
