printed report is unreadable

Sun Sep 12, 2021 10:42 am
Hi,

Using kmymoney 5.1.1 on Debian 11

this is a bit urgent for me, having to do my taxes. When printing any report, only the totals and the red numbers are readable.

Everything else is quite unreadable. Attached is a screenshot after printing into PDF.

This still worked last year, I cannot say when it stopped. I tried to find applicable settings, and I tried Google and searching this forum. Nothing.

And - could you please enable uploading attachments for me?

This sounds to me like a font issue of some kind. I don't know what could cause it, but I would try playing around to see if you can at least work around it.

If you press CTRL-A to select everything in the report, can you see anything then?

In the button bar at the top of the KMM report window, there is an "Export" button that lets you export a report to html. You might try that and see if you can view the report in a browser.

Sorry for late answer, was away for a few days.

I tried all your tips, nothing changed anything at all.

If I remove all lines with row-even and row-odd from the HTML, the printout is usable. The text is a bit blurred compared to direct printing, but at least readable.

This is of course a PITA but at least I can continue
