Hi,
I am relatively new to KMyMoney. I have two monthly inter-account scheduled transactions (i.e. transfers). They are set up to transfer money between Account 1 to Account 2 and from Account 2 to Account 3 (generic account names for this Forum). In the source account, Account 1, the register correctly shows the money as going to Account 2. But in Account 2 instead of showing where the money has come from (Account 1), it shows the payee as "Transfer Money". I am not using this name in the Scheduled transaction form, and I want it to show the source account. Strangely this does not happen with the other transfer, where the correct names Account 2 and Account 3 show in the register in both Account 2 and Account 3. As far as I can see (I've checked it repeatedly) both scheduled transactions are set up in exactly the same way, so I don't know why it is showing "Transfer Money" in Account 2 for the transfers from Account 1. Can anyone please help in resolving this, so the entries show source and destination accounts in both instances? Thank you in advance if anyone knows the answer! Roger |

In the ledger of Account 2, edit the transaction and remove the payee (by deleting the field content). That should take care of what you experience. It does not solve the problem in the schedule itself, but the display is correct. Once the display in the ledger is as you want it, open the ledger of Account 1, select the transaction you just edited and use the context menu to create a schedule based on that transaction. That should create a new schedule which should not show the problem.
The problem of your scheduled transaction is, that it seems, that the second split has a reference to a payee (Transfer Money) but the current stable versions do not allow to modify the payee on a split basis. The current development version can
