I'm importing a Quicken QIF that covers decades of activity. As part of the process, KMyMoney is asking me for default categories for every Payee it finds. That's literally hundreds, if not thousands, of prompts. To make matters worse, Abort doesn't abort the whole process. It just aborts that particular dialog. And, the size and shape of the dialog changes with each Payee (because of the length of the name), so the buttons move. So, I can't just hover over the position of one Abort button and spam it for a couple of days until things are done.

This process should not happen during the import. Instead, afterward, assuming it's even possible, give me a list of payees that need default categories assigned and let me work through it at my leisure.
