Just starting to use KMM, everything works fine except that I receive the following error message trying to export :
Exception inattendue « Split not found for account !A000001 ./kmymoney/mymoney/mymoneytransaction.cpp:266 »
I didn't find any related topic in the FAQ.
Could you give me some advice in order to solve this problem.

A few questions to start the analysis of your problem: which version of KMyMoney are you using? What is your operating system? Which type of account do you try to export?

I am using KMyMoney Version 5.1.2 (frecnch version) on ubuntu 22.04 LTS.
The account I try to export is a checking account.

No suggestions ?

if you run kmymoney from command line, see if there is anything useful output to the console. Also, the message implies there is a problem with one of the transactions for account A000001. If you open the checking account in the ledger, do all the transactions seem OK? Are any transactions highlighted in any way? Can you save the file? I would expect an error that would cause that message would also get caught in the consistency check.

Thank you very much for your help. You are fully right, I had a wrong transaction which was wrongly spitted.
It was not detected by the consistency check and was not identified as wrong in the ledger.
I found it with multiple tests.

Can you provide some details about that split/transaction and what caused it to fail? I wonder, because it should have been picked up by the consistency check in the first place. Looks like we need to add/fix a check. Your help/information to improve KMyMoney is very much appreciated at this point.
