I'm new to this forum and have a question about reports. Specifically I'm looking for the ability to generate a report that displays how much spending I/we do per month in each category and how that compares to our monthly income. I haven't been able to find this. I am grateful for your response in advance.

Did you have a look at the Income and Expenses This Year default report in the Income and Expenses section? You can simply adjust the date range and others to create an individual report. At least it could serve as a start. Or am I missing something completely?
