I am completely new to Linux and KMyMoney. I am looking for a place to ask very basic user questions about setting up accounts and getting started. Is this an appropriate forum?

The reason I ask is because the moderator is the developer. I don't need that kind of expertise and would hate to waste a programmer's time with user questions.
