Mortgages

Wed Dec 17, 2008 3:40 am
Hello.

I am having trouble changing the "Next Due Date" for my Mortgage Schedule. For example, I just made a payment on December 15th, 2008, but the the schedule in KMyMoney says that the "Next Due Date" is December 19th, 2008.

How can I modify it so that KMyMoney takes the money out on the same day as the Bank?:-S

What happens if you try to edit the schedule? The Loan wizard should come up.
Also, you could try to skip that payment.

You can enter it as it is and modify the transaction in the ledger. This modification does not have an influence on the then next due date though.

If I edit the schedule, everything seems fine, but regardless of what I change the date for the next payment stays the same.

I have noticed that on the last step of the wizard, the "Next Due Date" under the loan calculation section always states the same date as my opening date.

Have you tried skipping that date in the schedule?

Doesn't work It went from the 26th to simply Jan 02, 2009.
