(Note that I am running KDE 4.1.3)

I have two bank accounts and I often transfer money between them.

When I get my statements, I reconcile the first account, including the money transfers.

When I go to the second account to reconcile, the transfers no longer show up in the reconciliation list because, I presume, they have already been reconciled in the first account. This is a bit annoying, as it makes it somewhat confusing to reconcile transactions.

My questions: Am I doing reconciliation for transfers incorrectly? Should I set up my accounts in a different way inside KMyMoney? Is there a way to tell KMyMoney to display all transactions in the reconciliation window, even the reconciled transactions, for the specified time window?
