I am looking for input as to how many (if any) of our KMyMoney2 users are using Intrepid ibex, (K)Ubuntu 8.10. Simply looking to see if it is still needed for me to continue setting up a KMM2 build for it in my PPA.
Input would be welcome

I'm using Jaunty, but I would have thought there are still quite a few Intrepid users, a lot of people only upgrade yearly rather than 6 monthly.

I use it (ubuntu Intrepid Ibex).
However, I have been having issues with importing OFX ever since I upgraded from Hardy. The OFX import using aqbanking results in an error message saying that import was unsuccessful without saying whether it's an aqbanking issue, or a KMyMoney issue, or an 'account ID not found or anything else. So being able to install a version with the 'old' OFX import I had previously would be marvellous. Thanks, keep up the good work. |

The Intrepid version will be discontinued soon.
It takes a lot of effort to maintain the packages for old versions, and now with Karmic out the door, the Intrepid version of the PPA will be probably frozen. Regarding your specific problem, I would check the versions of the plugin and AqBanking and make sure they are all on the required version. Also, make sure your bank has not discontinued the OFX service, as I have heard some UK banks did.
