Has anybody successfully imported Quicken 2008 QIF into KMM? I am brand new to KMM and importing my QIF file didn't go very well. Well, it says I have 8MM dollars which would be nice. Version 3.95.0-svn20090511, KDE 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) "release 6", Quicken 2008.
Is there anything I shouldn't include in the quicken export? I checked everything and exported it. Thanks, Carl |

The QIF format varies wildly from version to version. Can you post a sample of the account which you are having problems with? Or perhaps is that a misplaced decimal sign?

I had the same problem: it multiplied all amounts by 1000. I cannot remember exactly how I solved it, but check this:
1. MS Money inserts a blank after the colon in the account type (first line of QIF file). I don't know about Quicken 2008, but get rid of it if there is one. 2. Make sure the account type in the first line is correct. |
