Hi,

I haven't tried this yet for fear of screwing something up ... but ...
Is it possible to edit transactions after you've reconciled ?

eg ... changing the categories in a split transaction ... not the amounts

If so, can this be done while still reconciled or do you have to reverse the reconciliation, or un-reconcile to do this ? Or is it even possible to "un-reconcile" ?

Or is reconciliation absolutely final ?

Thanks

You can change a reconciled transaction as long as you don't change the account you reconciled it in or the amount. Changing the categories, memo, payee, number (and even the date to some extent) won't hurt.

Nevertheless, the application will present you a warning that you are in the process of editing a reconciled transaction as an additional hint.
