I"m using KMyMoney 3.98.1 with KDE 4.4.5-1 on sidux.

I have two utility accounts that I pay on an equal billing plan. This month there is a credit in both accounts so there will be no bank withdrawals.

I want to enter both as a $0.00 payment and note in the memo box that these are credits (and for how much). I put them in as Payments as usual but as soon as I hit Enter, the amount is placed in the Deposit column. Trying to edit them back is non-productive

I just thought I'd bring this to your attention. Don't know if it will be a problem with reports or something or not.

The location on the column is decided on the amount. eg. if you enter a negative value, it will change columns despite the type of operation you have selected.
Transactions below 0$ go in one column. Transactions equal to 0 and above go into the other column.

The operation type is a visual aid to enter the transaction but it is not taken into account for reports and other stuff, so that will not cause troubles.
