There's work in progress to introduce SEPA online transfers. There's a slight chance that might be introduced then, but the best place still would be AqBanking

Just a heads-up, there's a bugreport on the AqBanking tracker https://devel.aqbanking.de/trac/aqbanking/ticket/226 (text in german) regarding similar functionality.
Seems like storing passwords won't be integrated in AqBanking, so I would love if it could be added to the KMyMoney Wishlist :)
