Hello together,
today I installed the latest Version of kmymoney for windows. I imported afterwards my settings from an working Ubuntu installation. But somehow the "update Accounts function is greyed out" Am I missing something or is hbci for windows simply not implementey yet? Cheers |

The windows version does not include AqBanking, therefore it does not do HBCI yet.

Is there a way to give an "incentive" that Kmymoney is compiled with Aqbanking support or wherere are the Problems? Gnucash also has an Aqbanking Plugin working.

The problems are that gwenhywfar and aqbanking, the two libs that are needed for the HBCI plugin, have automake based build systems and are pretty large which makes them rather unfriendly to package on multiple platforms on Windows (in the KDE on Windows project). I have started working on this but it'll take a while and after that even it will be probably only available on the mingw platform.

As an update on this I managed to build the KBanking plugin on Windows but I had to make a few dirty hacks which means that it is not yet ready to be shipped but I asked the KDE on Windows developers to help improve the packages so that maybe they could be shipped with the next release.
Please direct all further request to make this available to the KDE on Windows project (kde-windows@kde.org mailing list).

Use Version 4.8.1 this supports HBCI under Windows
