I'm looking and looking and I can't find it anywhere.

I think what they mean is to right-click a transaction and select "Duplicate"; then you edit the duplicate. I find it quite useful.

I found it. When right clicking, it's actually under "Create A Scheduled Transaction."

Not sue why I didn't see it before.
