Printing with KMyMoney

I would like to print a complete list of my categories and subcategories. Can it be done? How is the procedure?

Reports>Income and expenses this year>Configure>Categories>All
Then Export to CSV and when you open the file in a spreadsheet you will have a complete list that you can print (Delete all columns other than A)

A bit long-winded but it works.
