kmymoney error 1046

I suppose I have an error related to the mysql-database.
Do you have any idea, how I can solve my problem?
What logfiles would help as well?

Which version of KMyMoney does this occur with? Can you tell us a bit more about your environment? Are you using a database at all or the file backend? Please be as specific as you can. Thanks in advance.
