Is it possible to change the calendars throughout the program so that the week starts on Sunday rather than Monday?

Also, how would I change the calendar format to the US dd/mm/yyyy format?

You can do that in the KDE language settings. The most simple way to open those settings is from KMyMoney's 'Settings'->'KDE language settings' menu, from there take a look at the calendar tab.

Depending on your system you may not have the needed kcm module installed, let us know if the above instructions worked.

Worked great. Thank you! Is there a way to remove various other region-specific items from my view? For example, there is a VAT column in my accounts view, and the US doesn't have a VAT. Is that customizable? Thank you for the help!

There is no mechanism implemented in KMyMoney to hide/show columns in the accounts view.
