1) Are there any procedures to transactions' import from a Calc sheet (OpenOffice3)? :'(
2) I have a lot of transactions and some time I need to change some information in massive mode. Why not to implement a Find and Replace 3) Look at these types of transactions: bank / cars / fuel / Ford bank / cars / fuel / Dodge Bank is the Institute Cars is the Payee Fuel is the Category ... and Ford / Dodge? I think they are subcategories. Is it a bad idea to think about their implementation? Cheers

You can export a Calc sheet to a csv, isn't it? There are python scripts on the internet to transform an csv into a qif file. These qif files can be imported into KMyMoney2. You should just find out what "captions" you need for the csv file Search in the ledgers view, select multiple transactions and you can change some options for all the transactions at once. It is not complete find/replace functionality, but it stilled helped me a lot! KMyMoney2 has already subcategories. What does these slashes mean? I haven't found it yet (but I'm running a Dutch version). Look at the screenshots where you can find the categories view.
