Will do! Also I can't remove newly added activities. And I tried everything. Zoom out and remove it (sometimes work and sometimes not, I always take care that I'm not trying to remove the activity that I zoom out of.) editing plasmarc dosen't work anymore... The only way to remove added activities is to quit plasma and delete plasmarc and plasma-aplletsrc in .KDE(4)/share/config.

Which version do you use? KDE 4.2 beta 2 or current trunk. If it is possible you should check it also with trunk. [size=x-small]code | [url=cia.vc/stats/author/msoeken]cia.vc[/url] | [url=kde.org/support]donating KDE[/url] | [url=tinyurl.com/cto4ns]wishlist[/url][/size] |

I use KDE4.2beta2 provided by Kubuntu... And about trunk I did thought about trying it, but I'm not sure if I'm "leet" enough to compile it (at least in such a way that it would be usable)... But the KDE-Tech base does provide in-depth instructions, so I just might try it when I'll have time...

If you use Kubuntu, you may want to try Project Neon and its kde-nightly snapshots. They install to another place in the file system and use different settings, so you won't kill your own KDE settings.

As at least 2/3 screencasts are complete, what are your current thoughts?

I think this whole experinece was really cool, especially this last part with subtitles. Now I can make my own subtitles /for movies obtained from unknown source/! :shade:

And perhaps write a how to somewhere to share your newly gained knowledge ?
Seriously, what programme did you use in the end to do the subtitles?

As LinuxIsInnovation wrote I used Subtitle Composer to make Subtitles and then I used mencoder to "hard code" the subtitles on the video. code:
