After installing KDE on a new thinkpad and noticing it running slow as hell, i started to disable things i don't use

the last thing i need is a file indexer. So i disabled it.

now everytime there's a annoying alert that takes 1/4 of the screen about the indexing service not being enabled.

should i report that as a bug? or did i disabled it in the wrong way?

what version of KDE? What is the exact message? I think this was resolved in 4.8.x but not knowing exact msg .............
