I need help in finding a free webhosting service that:
- is not a privacy hog;
- does not have restrictive age limits;
- does not have restrictive quotas for operating an uploader;
- does not deem operating an uploader as "data warehousing";
- does not ban certain file types;
- has suitable bandwidth and space specifications;
- compatibile with dot.tk.
I'll write the script for the board, mostly in PHP. Any advices on the hosting are welcome as I can' t pay for additional space or permit for operating "resource hogs" as they would call uploaders.
