Hello Guys,

I just installed Debian 8.2 on my workstation but after watching some videos on youtube about kde plasma 5.3 and 5.4 I just got fascinated with this tremendous desktop, I thought that it would be easy to upgrade my current kde release but I don't find anything to help me.

Thanks,

God bless you all.

distro specific questions are best asked on their forums but I'll take a guess that Debian being conservative and 8.x being the stable release that Plasma 5 is not available. You would need to install Debian Stretch or Unstable versions to get Plasma 5.

OpenSuse Leap 42.1 x64, Plasma 5.x
