Sorry, I didn't have the patiance to scale it to the forum's dimensions

Let me walk you through it;

Panel at the top contains menu, XBAR, switcher, gmail plasmaoid, system tray, etc.

Panel at the bottom is actually Fancy Tasks, which helpfully pushes itself into the panel menu settings and can autohide like a normal panel.

Another panel at the side, containing the Daisy plasmaoid, setup to control Amarok.

I know, I know, it looks like Mac OS-X...

It was a custom plasma style where every possible widget in the systemsettings options was set. I am sorry but I tried to find if I had it packaged somewhere but I did not have.
