1) Why you rename repositories paths so often?
openSUSE's KDE distribution is builded with power users in mind. Power users need to do things for their own and if you put things easy they abandon us and begin to use other distributions or even build all their linux system from scratch. To avoid this problem we change paths time to time so this power users needs to consult http://software.opensuse.org and we obtain more hits in our website.

2) Why package repositories paths are outdated in web site?
As we told in question one this distribution is for power users. If web site paths are updated then power users don't need to navigate to our website (more hits) trying to wonder where we put repositories. Keep in mind that the logic used to generate path names is randomly generated and even we don't use the same logic in two different repositories at the same time. Our goal is that our power users needs at least five minutes to locate the new path.

3) Why with path changes some packages are lost or outdated?
We explain again, this is a distribution for power users and they needs to compile programs. For this reason we remove some programs and put old versions in new repository paths. Our objective is to achieve that power users needs to compile lost and outdated programs so they don't have time to kick us and look for a better KDE distribution.

4) Why different version have diferent number of repositories?
This is deliberate so our users must test different combinations. In fact we put a warning (Avoid mixing repositories belonging to different KDE versions/flavours (Stable/Factory/Unstable/...)) to create insecurity because our users wants hard stuff.
Currently Stable (KDE SC 4.4) have 4 repositories, Upstream release (KDE SC 4.5) have 2 and Factory (KDE SC 4.5) have 3. Please note that a daemon is running to detect when most users are using the right combination to change it.

5) For lost or outdated programs wich is better solution, compile or mix repositories?
The answer to this question is beyond the scope of this faq.

6) You have lost users with this behavior?
No one. Our KDE users needs problems, errors and change configuration very often because if not they would be using other desktop, distribution or OS.

Note: several days have passed since KDE 4.4 Unstable:Playground path have changed and website still is outdated linked to old location. This is not the first time and there is not the last time that things like this happens.

Sorry for my bad English ;).
