When trying to compile the latest Eigen dev build, linking fails with the following message:

ld: lto: could not merge in .../Objects-normal/x86_64/Grid.o because Linking globals named '_Z24eigen_colamd_recommendediii': symbol multiply defined! for architecture x86_64
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

I suppose that declaring all the functions in Eigen_Colamd.h static should fix this.
