I am trying to decomposing a symetric real matrix (8000X8000). I am running my code on a linux server with 1T memory. The code always crash even after running for 2 hours.

Here is the error message at the end:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
what(): St9bad_alloc

Did anyone have similar problem before?

The code works for a smaller size matrix (5000X5000).

Sorry, it was caused by a wrong input file format.
