Hi guys,

on Mx=b, ConjugateGradient does not seem to converge for |b|=0. Clearly solving the system for |b|=0 is silly but, for a SPD M, wouldn't be better to return the solution x=0 immediately, rather than going into the loop and raising NoConvergence? Am I missing something?
