Hi,

of any submatrix of a given matrix, one can construct views with Eigen.
Is it also possible to create non-contiguous views, e.g. using the 1th, the 3rd and the 7th row of a 10x10 matrix
to form a new 3x10 matrix?

This would be helpful as I want to implement the bootstrap algorithm.
