Recently I found out, that Euler angle ranges are defined in Eigen as [0:pi]x[-pi:pi]x[-pi:pi], howewer conventional ranges are [-pi:pi]x[0:pi]x[-pi:pi] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euler_angl ... and_ranges). This may cause incovinience, for example when one wants to determine mutual angles (beta). Is there a way to get Angles in different range-convention? What is the reason for such an unusual convetion in Eigen?
Thank you in advance for any help! |
