I have to port some part of a framework from Eigen2 to 3 and am neither familiar with the part of the framework nor EIgen too much. I wantes to ask any expert if he could quickly verify that my changes actually do the right stuff (they obviously compile) or if I made any mistakes. Ignore the "using namespace" pollution, I'll take care of that later. There are only a few changes, so this should not be too much work, mostly cwise operations.

sounds ok. most of the .matrix() are useless as assigning an array to a matrix is perfectly fine.
