IncompleteCholesky not working?

Mon Aug 03, 2015 10:01 am
Hi, everyone,

This code does not work

Code: Select all
Eigen::ConjugateGradient<SpMat,1,Eigen::IncompleteCholesky<double>>  solver;

What is the problem?

IncompleteCholesky is not usable yet, that is why it is still in unsupported/. Nonetheless, it should now compile fine in the devel branch. The main remaining issue is that is should be extremely slow for large problems as it still contains a few dense loops...

btw, the dense loops have been removed, so it should be more usable now.
