Since .cross() is only available for fixed-length vetor, so how to do cross product

Do you want a cross product between 3D vectors or a generalized wedge product? In the first case tell Eigen they are 3D, e.g.:

v1.head<3>().cross(v2.head<3>())

or use compile time 3D vectors in the first place.
