do you know the difference between the compute and factorization functions in SparseLU class?
In the documentation it is reported that the compute function "Compute the symbolic and numeric factorization of the input sparse matrix" while the factorization function simply performs the numerical factorization. Does this mean that is I already analyzed the sparsity pattern of the matrix (through the analyzePattern function), I can directly call the factorization function (instead of using the compute function). In other words, are the symbolic factorization and the operations performed through the analyzePattern function the same?
