Hi, my name is Noé Alvarado from México. I am interested with eigen, i want to use on windows, but i don't know if eigen works with Dev-C++? or how i can use it whit Visual c++.

Eigen is header only, you simply have to add the path to Eigen's source in the list of header paths. You should find it in the project's configuration panel.

IIRC Devc++ is based on mingw, so it should work fine.
