Hi mskhadka,

this is very unlikely. It is extremely computer vision oriented and Eigen cannot cover all fields of science.

You will probably find a very good implementation in OpenCV. Otherwise, I can only suggest you to try to find a Matlab script and port it - it should be straight forward since the algorithm is not complicated.
