I just started to use this library. It is real cool,but somehow it gives a NAN if you try to find a square root matrix of say:
[ 0 0
0 4 ]

I'm not sure what you're doing. One guess for your issue is that the LLT class assumes that the matrix is positive definite. Your matrix is only semi-definite. You should probably use the LDLT class.
