Eigen's lapack make install target does not work

When I do 'cd blas; make; make install' , libeigen_blas.so is produced and copied to my install directory. However, the similar 'cd lapack; make; make install' creates libeigen_lapack.so, but it does not copy it to my install directory. Should it?
