Well done with 4.2, great work. My eee 901 loves it, as does my desktop. Two totally different layouts - it shows how flexible the core is.

Congratulation, to the whole KDE community and especially developers/artist that made this great thing possible. And deep gratitude. The 4.2 is a great answer to sceptics and a great support for those who beleive into FOSS case.

I've (sadly) had to abandon KDE because 4.x has, so far, been unusable.
With some trepidation I will load 4.2 and pray that it's half the system that 3.5 is. |

There is absolutely nothing stopping you from doing exactly this. I've been using KDE 3.5 ever since the release of the KDE 4 series. |
