Right now, either in Dolphin, Gwenview or other programs, tags are editable only by opening a separate dialog.

I think it would be nice and immediate to have something implemented in the same window instead, in the information panel!

a possible idea would be a list of applied tags with a "remove" icon beside and a textbox for applying more tags (with tooltips appearing if a tagname exists already) - which is sort of the "Flickr way":


this is anyway just a suggestion, it's full of other good examples especially on the web to get inspiration from! the main point for me is that the dialog window is quite unhandy to be used, especially if multiple tags are to be applied.
