active corner to trigger application menu (or specific app)

just saw this feature on windows 8 and i think it is quite useful

since KDE (kwin) already has active corners implemented to trigger specific effects or the dashboard i thought this should be easy to accomplish

Kubuntu 12.04 x64 | KDE SC 4.8
