Menus, and other things, such as perhaps the close, minimize, and maximize buttons, should have the option of being centred on toolbars. The design that they should be on the left is a style that is at least 20 years old and was not designed well. If menus could be in the middle, that would reduce how much mouse movement is necessary and would be more aesthetic. Perhaps the buttons I mentioned should not be in the middle, but users should at least have the option of choosing what side theose are on. Title bars and about every other type of bar should also be centred. This is the sort of design MacOS and some wms started using for the application launcher bars at the bottom.

That's already possible: on the same place you select the windeco, there is an option to configure buttons. Just click on "configure buttons" and drag-n-drop the elements on the preview.

Well, I did not see a way to do that with menus there, which is what I am emphasizing.
