Dear KDE-team!

VPN-connection is becoming / became very popular, especially for torrents. The problem: when VPN connection turns off, torrents are still downloading or sending information. Due to the well-known reasons, I would like a torrent client (ktorrent, transmission etc.) to turn-off automatically, when VPN-connection disconnects. This problem bothers many of my friends...

Would it be possible to add a menu in NETWORK CONNECTIONS an option to turn on/off chosen application when a VPN connection is established/disconnected?
