[kontact] import .csv file: autodetect column names

[kontact] import .csv file: autodetect column names

If you import a csv file into your address book in kontact, there is a lot of work to select the correct column of the csv file for the right field in your addressbook even though if the csv-file already has the fieldnames in the first row.

It would be really helpful if the import process would recognize the fitting field for a column.
