Hi there.
on computers there are long traditions of "gray windows". later ubuntu set to black and gray. and some users set it to lightblue but in the end the most parts are always just gray. but why? in a little projekt with friends i noticed that it just looks bad when all windows are in the same color. it hurts eyes and after a time you will go back to a non color windows (black or gray). so the idea is to have diffrent backgroundcolors for diffrent windows. for example > you have 6 predefined colors and now the applications you start will randomly choose a color of this 6 as background. this would not only look fresh, modern and cool, it will improve the situation when you look for a window like "hey, krita was the red one" of corse there should be a good (editable) presetting for backgroundcolors.and this complete idea should be an option (because many linux users dont like colors and say "lol this is not windows") but others like me or many friends, as well as children with parents who uses KDE will use it in short: (colors should be better but thats the idea) ohh and sorry for my bad english. I Hope you understand this idea |
