[kwin] smooth transition between content and border

for non-qt and gtk application (like Browsers, games and some other stuff there is just a hard-cut transition for the border witch causes a really ugly design. My idea now is that kwin could use the last top pixel row of the window content and copy+strechts it a little to the windeko. a little like Ambilight ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ambilight )

I think about something similar every time when I try to choose a new background for Konsole. :-)
This would be a good idea for apps with plain backgrounds at the top: terminals, web browsers (and other tabbed apps), image viewers, simple text editors. I think the feature should be designed separately for some most popular apps (or types of apps). If someone try to make a universal «ambilight», it will make mistakes too often. :-)
