[KWin] 'Show FPS' effect explanation

When the 'Show FPS' effect in KWin is enabled you get a small graph in the top-left corner of the screen. This graph does not, in any way, communicate which program it belongs to and it's impossible to close it directly.

I had an installation where this effect was activated by an old ~/.kde/share/kwinrc file, while others have had it activated by accident in other ways. I had absolutely no idea what the cause was and spent several hours trying to figure it out.

My suggestion is to add some kind of annotation to the graph, for example a small text that says "KWin FPS" or even just "KWin". With this information it would be clear that it is a KWin effect and it would be possible to find the setting or search for information about it online.

It btw. got a "The effect is not a benchmark" label attached in the mentime (since it's mostly a developer tool)
